LiveBill GST Billing Software is delivered as an instant digital SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) subscription. Upon successful payment via Razorpay, software license validity is extended immediately in real-time.

Users can choose not to renew their software license subscription at any time. Since payments are made for pre-selected subscription periods (1 Year, 2 Years, or Lifetime), cancelling auto-renewal will allow you to continue using the software until the end of your current active license period.

If you experience technical defects or are unsatisfied with LiveBill GST software within 7 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team at billing@livebill.in or calling +91 9772824888.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of payment timestamp.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment source (Bank / UPI / Card) via Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days.
• Duplicate or double payments resulting from network glitches will be refunded 100% within 48 hours upon verification.

• Refund requests submitted after 7 days from the transaction date.
• Renewal payments made for already utilized active subscription cycles.
• Custom software modification or setup charges requested by the user.
