Welcome to LiveBill GST Billing Software operated by Sakshi Infotech. By using or purchasing software licenses, services, or accessing our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

By registering, subscribing, or using LiveBill GST Billing Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our software services.

Sakshi Infotech provides cloud-hosted and self-hosted GST tax invoicing, inventory management, customer accounting, and GSTR reporting software. Subscriptions are billed on an annual (1 Year, 2 Years) or lifetime license basis as selected by the user. Subscriptions grant a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software for your legitimate business operations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (user ID and password) and for restricting access to your computer/devices. Sakshi Infotech is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

All subscription payments, license renewal fees, and setup charges are collected securely via authorized payment gateways, including Razorpay. Prices listed on the software portal are inclusive or exclusive of applicable GST as noted at checkout under GSTIN: 08APSPA4456M2ZC.

All software source code, database structures, interface designs, logos, trademarks, and documentation associated with LiveBill GST belong exclusively to Sakshi Infotech. Unauthorized copying, cloning, reverse engineering, or resale of the software is strictly prohibited under Indian copyright laws.

Sakshi Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from business interruption, tax filing delays, or loss of data caused by third-party network outages or user errors. It is the user's responsibility to verify all tax invoices and numbers generated.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan, India.
